Pamela Morris is the Chief Billing Officer at Epic EMS. Morris has over 20 years experience in EMS billing and administration. Prior to joining Epic EMS Morris spent 12 years at Central EMS where she as Director of Billing and nine years at American Medical Response where she served as System Manager. While at Central Morris managed over 50,000 annual transports and reported to the CFO. She supervised the billing and collection team while routinely revising and updating all of the organizations billing practices and procedures. Morris has led multiple EMS system conversions and is well versed in many EMS technologies. She has numerous certifications along with Medicare billing approval rates consistently over 90%. Morris is the recipient of Bronze Concord Minuteman & Civilian and Special Awards. Morris studied at the Florence-Darlington College and National Academy of Ambulance Coding in Dallas, TX.
